Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an active account on the skym3u Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

Account Registration & Verification

- Account closure: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the skym3u support team. Any withdrawable balance will be processed through your verified payment method following KYC confirmation.
Important: skym3u will never contact you via email, SMS, or live chat to request your account password, PIN, or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from skym3u that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on skym3u are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) via approved local and international payment methods.

- Dormant accounts: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. skym3u reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance deduction to dormant account balances in accordance with the rate disclosed in the account settings. Players will be notified by email prior to any deduction being applied.
Anti-Money Laundering: skym3u is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illicit activities. We conduct transaction monitoring and may request additional documentation or temporarily suspend withdrawal access if unusual activity is detected on an account. Cooperation with these requests is a condition of continued account access.

All bonuses and promotional offers issued by skym3u are governed by specific terms that take precedence in the event of any conflict with this general Agreement.

- One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time. A second bonus will not activate until the first has been either fully wagered or expired.
- Abuse and collusion: skym3u monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to complete requirements with minimal risk, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional structures. Where abuse is identified, skym3u reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or close the account.
- Right to withdraw offers: skym3u reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already actively credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms at the time of issue.
Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use
The skym3u Platform must be used solely for legitimate personal entertainment purposes in full compliance with these Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the skym3u Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Fraudulent activity: Any act of fraud, misrepresentation, deception, or wilful manipulation of Platform systems or game outcomes.
- Match fixing and sports manipulation: Placing bets on sporting events in which you have any direct or indirect involvement, or in connection with any scheme to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event.
- Software exploitation: Using, distributing, or benefiting from any software, robot, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system designed to exploit game mechanics, gain an unfair advantage, or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform.
- Collusion: Coordinating play with one or more other players in any game or betting market in order to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker-format games.
- Money laundering: Using the Platform in any manner connected with money laundering, the proceeds of crime, or the financing of any unlawful activity.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider in relation to a deposit that was validly processed by skym3u. Such actions constitute fraudulent misrepresentation and will result in immediate account closure and recovery proceedings.
- Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access, use, or operate your skym3u account, regardless of your relationship with that third party.
- Automated data extraction: Scraping, harvesting, or systematically extracting data from the skym3u Platform by any automated means without express written permission from skym3u.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct: Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, skym3u reserves the right to immediately suspend account access, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, void bets and transactions associated with the prohibited conduct, permanently close the account, and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate. The decision of skym3u in such matters is final subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and materials on the skym3u Platform are protected by intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to skym3u.
The skym3u name, logo, brand identity, website design, user interface, text, graphics, images, audio, video, game content, and all other materials published on the Platform ("Platform Content") are the intellectual property of skym3u or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, database, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any Platform Content without prior written authorisation from skym3u;
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform Content;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or application forming part of the Platform;

- Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or digital property without express written consent.

These providers retain all intellectual property rights in their respective content, and any unauthorised use of their content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

While skym3u makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available, secure, and functioning correctly at all times, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free from technical faults.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, skym3u excludes all liability for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however arising;
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned, due to technical maintenance, system failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control;
- Any loss arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay in connection with deposit or withdrawal processing;
- Any loss of game data, session progress, or account history resulting from technical faults, network disruption, or device failures on your end;

In the event of a genuine technical malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome, odds display, or payment calculation, skym3u reserves the right to void affected bets and transactions and, where appropriate, restore affected account balances to their pre-error position. skym3u's determination of the correct outcome in such circumstances, reached in good faith, is final and binding.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from your use of the skym3u Platform that cannot be resolved informally by contacting [email protected] shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable under skym3u's international offshore gaming licence. You agree to attempt informal resolution in good faith before initiating any formal proceedings. skym3u will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 14 business days.
